• Access e-Portal only through https://e.pra.punjab.gov.pk
• Check a security icon that looks like a lock appears at the bottom of the webpage.
• Keep your User ID and Password confidential and do not share your Password with anyone.
• PRA will not inquire about your password or security information via email or phone call except on Login page.
• Keep your computer updated with the latest anti-virus software, personal firewall and browser security updates.
• Avoid accessing your account from a cyber cafe or a shared computer. However, if you happen to do so, please change your password from your own computer as soon as you can.
• Every time you complete your tasks, log off from the website. Do not just close your browser.
